It adds 4 North Korea teams to FIFA 09 ! Inlcuded teams are Nampo 4.25, Pyungyang, Amnokgang, and Gigwancha. You can see these teams at K-League, so you can play the teams at there. The author has made these teams despite of the country's closed propensity. So this patch provides a very uncommon rosters for North Korea club teams.
