It is FIFA4Fans' member TC who is very busy at creating lots of Mini Kits at the moment. So you will be able to download lots of Mini Face Patches in the the next time. But before FIFA4Fans will start with brand new mini faces they will offer you a Mini Face Update for the German 1. Bundesliga, which has been created by TC and Alpenmaradona. Some times ago they offered you the 1. Bundesliga Mini Face Patch for FIFA 11.
This patch included 540 Mini Faces for all players out of the German 1. Bundesliga. But unfortunately only the players which are available in the original version of FIFA 11 are included. The update of today will complete the 1. Bundesliga, so that all players are available - those players too which transfered to the 1. Bundesliga in the winter break. The download size is only 2 MB and contains an automatical installer - please notice the detailled installation instructions in the readme.txt.
